1.Suppliers:
Any services including travel tickets and package holidays purchased through Quintessentially Travel will be subject to the terms and conditions of the travel or holiday operator and the Supplier. Please note that Quintessentially Travel is not an authorised travel agent or tour operator and only acts as an introductory agent on behalf of the Supplier. All rights and remedies you have are against the relevant Supplier.
Quintessentially Travel seeks the best suppliers to deliver travel packages. Quintessentially Travel acts as an agent for suppliers and is not responsible for the safety standards, quality of the experience or loss or damage suffered during the holiday or trip. We have agreements with our suppliers regarding performance standards.
2.SuppliersTerms:
Once you have booked a holiday with a supplier you are then bound by their terms and conditions. Each holiday/booking has a detailed cancellation policy set by the supplier or suppliers of your holiday; you are bound by their terms and conditions once a booking is made.
3. Availability:
All holidays/hotels are offered subject to availability. Certain holidays/hotels can have black out dates at specific times of the year.
4.Descriptions&Images:
Quintessentially Travel works with suppliers to give full and accurate descriptions of each hotel, however these are a guide only and elements of the descriptions may differ from time to time. All images used are to give an indication of each hotel and what you might expect to see or experience on each holiday.
5.Insurance:
Whilst each supplier has the relevant insurance policies these are not necessarily applicable to individuals participating in a holiday. It is recommended that you take out the relevant and adequate insurance to cover the activities you will experience during your holiday.
6.CancellationPolicy:
In the event that you decide to cancel a holiday/hotel after booking it certain cancellation charges, will be payable to our supplier. You understand and accept when booking a holiday/hotel through us that you are bound by our supplier.s terms and conditions and accordingly any policies they may have on cancellation charges.
7.ForceMajeure:
Quintessentially Travel shall not be liable to any party in relation to anything which, apart from this provision, may constitute breach of these terms and conditions and which arises by reason of force majeure, namely circumstances beyond control of either Quintessentially Travel or the Supplier, such as but not limited to, acts of God, acts of terrorism, perils of the sea or air, fire, flood, drought, explosion, embargo, riots, civil commotion or civil authority including acts o local government and parliamentary authority.
8.LimitationofLiability:
In the event that Quintessentially Travel is found liable by a Court of law for a breach of these terms and conditions in relation to an escape, any monies owed as a result of that liability shall not exceed the total cost of the relevant holiday/hotel.
9.LogosandTradeMarks:
All intellectual property in the Quintessentially Travel website and materials (except to the extent, in certain scenarios, where it includes a supplier.s intellectual property) shall be and remain the exclusive property of Quintessentially Travel. No reproduction is allowed without prior express written consent.
10. Problems & Complaints:
