Rapidly reasserting itself as one of London's finest dining venues, Brown's Hotel offers HIX at The Albemarle (formerly The Grill) which under the craftmanship of Executive Chef, Lee Streeton and our Director of Food, Mark Hix, serves an outstanding menu of great British classic dishes, using only the finest of seasonal ingredients. Traditional afternoon tea at Brown's continues to be one of the best afternoon teas in London and is served in The English Tea Room.
