Spice Island Beach Resort
Grenada is the 'Spice Isle' of the
Caribbean; a geographical gem where visitors can soak up centuries of history,
marvel at the islands ever-expanding rain forest, and chase after schools of
brightly coloured fish among the coral reefs. Its natural products, from
exquisite spices to organically grown dark cocoa, are heralded by true
connoisseurs. And its range of activities both on the island and off its shores
rivals that of any vacation destination in the world.
Welcome to the Spice Island Beach Resort, a place where the name is a gentle reminder of history past, when Grenada was the civilized world's most treasured source of exotic spices like cinnamon, mace and clove. Today, our name serves as a metaphor for the touch of spice we regularly add to the lives of each of our guests. For to be a guest of Sir Royston Hopkin, K.C.M.G. and his family, at the world-famous Spice Island Beach Resort, is to live in elegant luxury on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is a life experience like no other, with a choice of accommodation from the superb to the spectacular.

Seventeen additional pool suites have their own private swimming pools and gardens just steps away from the ocean. The Royal Collection, Luxury Almond and Anthurium Pavilion Pool suites are all private oases that offer our guests an intimate experience like no other.

Slightly off the beaten path, and where you can go on your own if you rent a vehicle, are the small cascades upstream of the Seven Sisters Falls. Its the perfect place to relax away from the beach and just enjoy a cool soak in the river.
Grenada's market is one of the most colourful in the Caribbean. It is at its very most colourful on Saturday mornings: full to bursting, bustling, all tables laden with fruit, vegetables and, this being Grenada, spices.
