The Delaire Graff Estate is situated on the highest crest along the magnificent Helshoogte Mountain Pass linking the Cape’s two leading wine districts, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. Delaire Graff boasts one of the leading restaurants in the region, headed up by well respected South African chef Christiaan Campbell. Choose to dine on Asian Fusion influenced cuisine at Indochine Restaurant or in The Estate Restaurant with its contemporary, seasonal and mainly regional food. For something more private, opt for a private dinner in the vinotèque. And whilst in South Africa's wine region you simply must visit The Wine Lounge where you can enjoy an educational tasting during the day, including the full Delaire wine range or relax with a glass of wine and snacks whilst watching the sunset on the picture-postcard scenery.
If, after all the delicious dining you feel the need to burn some calories, work out in the state-of-the-art gym or the 22 metre infinity heated pool.
