Sunset on LAnse Aux Point " A short drive away from the hotel is LAnse Aux Point which is a cliff top with amazingly clear views of the sunset. Get up there for about 5:30pm with some sushi from Caribsushi (http://www.caribsushi.com/) " its just magical. And Im not even exaggerating!
The Dessert Cocktails " a true inspired mix of rum and ice cream! Theyre available at the beach bar and Rhodes Restaurant but the hotel hasn't been shouting about them too much until now. Theyre a good mix of dessert and after dinner drink.
