The resort chefs have plenty of great seafood at their disposal. Their very favorite dish to prepare is simple and lets the amazing flavor of our local Anguillan crayfish to shine through! Grilled local crayfish served with local vegetables, a little bit of extra virgin olive oil and sea salt! Simple but delicious!
Try a day trip to Prickly Pear, a nearby island where you can spend the day relaxing or enjoying water sports. Theres also an amazing beach BBQ that everyone raves about!
