Flying High Over The Pyrenees

Spain

overview

High up in the central Pyrenees sits The Val D´Aran, belonging to Cataluña and with the characteristics of an Atlantic slope valley, it is the only Atlantic Valley in the Catalan Pyrenees and its unique locations makes it possible that they have high quality snow. The perfect place to explore some of the best slopes in the Pyrenees both from your skis and from the sky.

Day 1

3 nights in Hotel Val de Neu

Hotel Val de Neu sits at 1500 meters above sea level and is just a couple of steps from the first slope of Baqueira-Beret Ski Resort, making it the perfect base for your snowy adventure. Of course, safety first as you undergo equipment checks and a safety talk, where our guides ensure everyone understands the safety measures and is comfortable before the excitement that lies ahead.

Day 2

Our adventure starts with just a short helicopter ride to some of Europe’s best-kept secrets, these spectacular slopes that remain inaccessible to the general public and will make your eyes wide with wonder and you set your sights on the snowy mountain tops which stretch for as far as the eye can see. Ski your way through this winter wilderness, where the peaceful silence is unlike anywhere in the world. After each run, you’ll be collected by helicopter and the process is repeated, but never the same. Our guides are aware of exactly where the best runs are on any one-day and ensure that no run is ever repeated. From the expert skier, to those who need more guidance, the Heli-Private Adventure ensures a wonderful trip guided by those in the know.

Day 3

Today, you’ll get the chance to choose your runs and traverse the untouched heights of the Pyrenees Mountains. High up in the Pyrenees mountains, in an area measuring more than 400km2, unsullied slopes of 1500m to 3000m await. With this trip, choose from hundreds of runs (always expertly advised) throughout the magnificent Val D’Aran. After each run, you’ll be collected by helicopter and go in search of your next skiing spot where the adrenaline rush is through the roof. Without another soul in sight, it will just be you and the mountains, making for the most exclusive yet exhilarating skiing experience out there.

Day 4

Unfortunately it is time to take your last breath of mountain air as you check out from your hotel and a private transfer will take you to Toulouse Airport in time for your flight home.
